TEA/VOE Form

Do you need to re-new your drivers license or get your permit to drive?

Send an e-mail requesting a TEA/VOE form to Julie Renner at renner@unt.edu
You may pick up your form after 10:00 a.m. the following business day in Marquis Hall room 219.  If you would like it to be mailed, it will go in the next day's mail. TEA/VOE forms can not be faxed.
