Addmissions Instructions

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science. If you would like to begin the mail in application process, you may follow the instructions below. You must print out and send in all evaluation forms, the security and signature forms and the 2010 application.

Paper Application for the TAMS Fall 2010 Entering Class

Please print these 2010 Instructions (PDF) first.
Evaluation forms for math, science, and English teachers.
Evaluation form for counselor or principal.
Signed Security Affirmation Clearance form.
Signed Signature Page.
You will need your Education Service Center Region, and
Names and addresses of your legislators. See Who Represents Me.
Non US citizens must fill out the Residency Questionnaire.
