The TAMS Tournament aims to challenge students across Texas to use their knowledge and critical thinking skills to solve tough problems in mathematics and science. Hosted by students at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science, this event will hopefully become an annual tradition at TAMS. This year's tournament will take place in the fall semester on the UNT campus in Denton, TX. For individuals, four mathematics tests and three science tests will be offered-each competitor will choose three out of those to take-and one team mathematics test will also be given. We hope to provide a fun and exciting day of contests and interaction between local schools. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the organizers of this event.
