Shaina Draper

Shaina Draper is a junior at UNT, majoring in Social Work with a double minor in Human Development and Family Studies and Spanish.  She grew up in Greensboro, NC then moved to Texas after high school and has been here ever since.    Shaina spent a year after high school in Americorps, a program often referred to as the “domestic Peace Corps” working with inner-city youth in San Antonio.

She loves playing lacrosse and working out at the gym, as well as spending time with close friends.  She is the president of a student organization at UNT called American Humanics, and is involved with the Learning Center at UNT.  Shaina is so excited about meeting her new residents and creating a strong community within the hall.
