Alpha Theta, the TAMS math club, is designed to stimulate
interest in mathematics. The club provides a way for all TAMS
students to learn about and participate in various math competitions
and events. In addition, Mu Alpha Theta hosts its own programs
and provides opportunities for students to discuss and explore
math problems in a relaxed, cooperative atmosphere.
Additionally, Mu Alpha Theta, along with JETS, hosts the TAMS Tournament, a math and science competition for high school students from across the state. For more information, please visit www.tamstournament.com |
