Players |
Academy Players has put out an application in the Activities Binder for those interested in becoming an AP officer for the ’08-’09 school year. Potential club leaders should fill out the application by February 24. The current AP exec board will then select a number of candidates out of the applicant pool and hold a group interview in early March. Afterwards, current AP officers will convene and make the final decisions no later than March 14.

Prom |
After Prom will be using an application and interview process to choose 3 to 4 new executives for the next school year. Our application will ask about the applicant's goals for the club, the applicant's qualities. This application will be due on the 25th of February. We will decide which applicants we would like to interview and we will hold the interview during the week of March third. We will have a decision by Thursday, March 13th.

Application due: Feb 13 @ 8pm
- Paper cut: We will choose 12 of the applicants for interviews based on the application, the applicant's involvement, and our observations.
Interviews: Feb 19 and Feb 21 8-10pm
- Final cut: We will choose the 2008 - 2009 Ambassador Execs based on their application, interview, involvement, and our observations from the year.
- 2008 - 2009 Ambassadors Execs will be announced on February 25.

| HOPE |

HOPE is inviting all juniors to fill out a senior exec position application. Along with the application, you will need to print out all the community service hours you have completed and highlight the hours relating to HOPE. After the paper cut, we will be conducting interviews. HOPE will then select two to three candidates for each position and we will have our annual elections at the HOPE meeting in early March. Candidates will be informated a head of time of their nomination and will make a speech during the elections about why they deserve the position. The members of HOPE will then vote. Only members with 60% attendance will be allowed to vote. The candidates with the highest votes will become the new HOPE Execs. Good Luck!

- All students who apply for 2008 MHA Exec positions must meet the criteria set by TAMS Student Life for Club Officers.
- Applications will be released sometime during the weekend of February 15th
- Applications are due Sunday, February 24, 2008 in Joshua Rollins box.
- All applicants must be nominated for positions during the MHA Nomination meeting held on February 25th at 9:00 p.m. in Smitty. Come to the meeting on Feb. 18th to find out more info about particulars about the interview process.
- The current exec board will then hold interviews during the first week of March.
- We will then make our selections for the 2008 MHA Officer Ballot. All those on the ballot are expected to make a speech at the MHA Elections GA held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 which will be followed by a general election at that night's wing meeting.
- We will release the final results on Friday, March 14th.

We are planning on selecting our Exec members based on an interview. There will be no official application; applicants are only required to submit a few of their pieces beforehand, so we can look at them. They will then be interviewed by the current Execs, and the current Execs will then vote on who gets what position. |

We will be having interested members sign up and fill out an application form. As an exec board, we will review the applications and then hold interviews. After the interviews, we will deliberate and then decide who will fill each of the four exec positions based on participation in Sports Club throughout the year, applications, and interviews. |

Medical Society |
- An informational session for interested candidates will be held February 12 th or 19 th during the normal TMS general meeting time. Topics discussed include an overview of each officer position, general requirements for candidacy, and the election process. Paper applications will be handed out at this time. You can download an application by clicking here.
- Candidates will have one/two week(s) to complete and return the application. Applications will be due to the officers by the TMS meeting on February 26 th. During our next exec meeting, we will deliberate and make first rounds of cuts for personal interviews.
- By the end of the week, notices will be given out to certain candidates (depending on our applicant pool size) who have passed the initial paper cut. Notices will also include possible interview times for the next week.
- Interviews will be held the week ofMarch 3 rd. Interviews will most likely set for 20-30 minute per candidate. It will be business casual. Deliberations for the 5 positions will happen after all the interviews are complete.
- Announcement of new officers will be the week ofMarch 10 th if not earlier.

Click here to get an application. The application is due by curfew Feb. 17. Those who turn in the interview, will sign up to interview between Feb. 18-22. The 2007-2008 exec team will convene and select the sucessing officers. Position request, involvment in yearbook, artistic ability, social and team skills, entusiasm will all be taken into account. Announcements will be made on February 29th, and some induction ceremony/activity will be held. |
